Common questions

The total or date is wrong. Open the receipt and tap Edit to correct any field. Faded or crumpled receipts are harder to read, so flatten them in good light.

How do I make an expense report? Open the Reports tab, pick a date range, then export a CSV or PDF and share it.

Can I import into QuickBooks? Yes. Reports can export a CSV laid out for QuickBooks import.

Where are my receipts stored? On your iPhone, inside Receipts. Deleting the app deletes them, so export anything you want to keep first.

How do I restore Receipts Pro on a new iPhone? Open Receipts Pro from the More tab and tap Restore.

How do I cancel Receipts Pro? In Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Receipts Pro.
